EssilorLuxottica in Milano, Lombardy, is seeking an Eyewear and AFA Grids Execution Assistant to join the Go To Market Assortment team. You will help manage assortments for eyewear, goggles and AFA categories, ensuring alignment with market strategies and SAP-based systems.

The role emphasizes data analysis, reporting, and documentation, with collaboration across local and corporate teams. Fluency in Italian and English is preferred; experience with ERP SAP and BI tools is advantageous.

• Educational background in Economics, Management or Engineering.
• Strong analytical and technical mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

• Manage assortments for different order acquisition tools and update SAP data.
• Develop reports with key KPIs to support the activity.
