Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail experience.

• Willingness to work a flexible variable schedule including weekends

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to crush store sales targets.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Set and exceed personal and store sales targets, supporting your team every step of the way.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a positive and motivating work environment.
• Ensure every customer receives outstanding service, addressing complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the store manager to plan and execute promotional activities and events.
