Job summary

Adecco Portugal, on behalf of an international client in the Beauty sector, seeks a Store Manager for its central Venice store. You will lead a team of Sephora Specialists, drive sales, manage promotions, events and CRM campaigns while ensuring financial performance.

This full-time, permanent role offers a gross annual salary of €37,000–€43,000 plus a performance-based bonus and meal vouchers worth €8 per day. The position requires a 40-hour week over 5 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience in multinational retail environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of KPIs, budget management and daily reporting.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store financial performance (budget and targets).
• Coordinate promotions, events, product launches, and CRM campaigns.
• Manage P&L including inventory, operating costs and cost optimization strategies.
• Analyze KPIs related to customer behavior (traffic, average basket, units per transaction).
• Lead Sephora Specialists (Department Managers) and foster a constructive team culture.
• Collaborate with Area Manager and HR to design internal career development programs.

Adecco, on behalf of an international client operating in the Beauty sector, is seeking a Store Manager for its store in central Venice.

As a Store Manager, and a valued member of one of the Venetian team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

• Ensure the achievement of the store's financial performance (budget and target attainment).
• Coordinate commercial and organizational activities within your store (promotions, events, new product launches, CRM campaigns).
• Manage the store's profit and loss statement (inventory discrepancies, operating costs, personnel costs) and propose new strategies to optimize cost categories.
• Analyze and drive KPIs related to customer behavior (store traffic, average transaction value, units per transaction, etc.).
• Manage the stockroom, maintaining optimal stock levels in accordance with product replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies.
• Implement company procedures (regulations, safety procedures) and commercial policies (pricing, promotions, communication) established by central departments.
• As the leader of your store, you will manage Sephora Specialists (Department Managers), managerial figures specializing in welcoming customers and engaging them on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with your Area Manager and the HR department in designing customized internal career development programs.
• Create a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives.

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
• Knowledge of key commerce KPIs, and confidence in budget management, analysis, and daily reporting.
• Agility, dynamism, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong results orientation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a complex and sizable team, guiding them toward objectives and fostering a positive and collaborative team spirit.

The successful candidate will be offered a permanent contract with a gross annual salary (RAL) ranging from €37,000 to €43,000, plus a performance-based bonus and meal vouchers worth €8 per day.

The position is full-time, with a schedule of 40 hours per week, worked over 5 days out of 7.
