Qualifications

• No specific education required (High School Diploma or GED preferred)
• 2 years of experience or less in a position or specialization
• Experience operating Inventory and POS systems and retail software tools

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing issues about product features, benefits and availability
• Maintain store visuals, cleanliness and safety, stock merchandise as needed
• Process cash register transactions (sales, returns, exchanges, loyalty integration) accurately
• Assist store profitability by handling product flow from reception to display and sale
