Columbia Sportswear Company in Italy is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver outstanding in-store experiences, help customers with product questions, and recommend suitable options to boost sales. You will maintain store standards, operate the POS and inventory tools, and support the Store Leadership team to uphold our brand values and ensure smooth store operations.

This role requires a friendly demeanor, reliability, and the ability to work flexible retail hours, including seasonal shifts.

Competenze

• No specific education required; HS diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years of experience or less in a similar role.
• Experience operating inventory and POS systems.
• 16 years of age or older.

Mansioni

• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to product questions.
• Demonstrate and explain merchandise; make suitable recommendations.
• Maintain store standards for cleanliness and safety; stock and merchandize.
• Process cash transactions accurately and participate in loyalty programs.
