Job summary

Amaris Consulting, part of Mantu, is seeking a Business Analyst – Retail & Point of Sales to join our international team in Portugal. You will gather and document business requirements for POS solutions, translate them into user stories, and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders through development, testing and deployment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Retail/POS BA, strong requirements gathering, and proficiency in English and Italian.

Qualifications

Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Retail and POS projects.
Strong experience gathering requirements, writing user stories and improving processes.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements for Retail and POS solutions.
Translate business needs into user stories, epics and functional specs for tech teams.
Identify gaps in Retail/POS functionalities and define improvement solutions.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders across development, testing and implementation.
Prepare functional/configuration guidelines and ensure correct implementation.
Support testing activities and validate solutions against business requirements.
Contribute to transformation/digitalization projects in an international environment.
Prepare documentation and support training for end users and support teams.
