Amaris Consulting, part of Mantu, is seeking a Business Analyst – Retail & POS in Italy to join our international team. You will gather and document business requirements, translate them into user stories and specifications, and work with stakeholders across IT and business units to drive POS projects.

We value 5+ years in retail POS, fluent Italian and English, and strong analytical and communication skills in a collaborative environment.

Competenze

• Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with solid experience in Retail and Point of Sales (POS) projects.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business/functional requirements, user stories and process improvement.
• Fluent English and Italian are required in an international environment.

Compensation & Pay Transparency

• Gross Annual Salary: €30,000 – €42,000.


• Applicable CCNL: Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio).


• The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.
