The role supports the Manager in planning turnover per store, benchmarks against others, analyzes consumer behavior, and ensures alignment of action and workforce plans with objectives and governance calendars.

Strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and English fluency are essential as you collaborate with store teams and HQ

Competenze

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• Previous analytical experience (internships or entry-level) preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
