Job summary

Delonghi is seeking a Media Strategist to drive European retail media campaigns from Novara, Piemonte. You will bridge performance marketing with commercial sales, collaborating with top retailers to craft tailored plans and optimize spend.

You will monitor performance, run A/B tests, translate data into insights, and influence digital transformation across cross-functional teams in a data-driven role. Remote options and health benefits are provided.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Paid Media campaigns.
Strong analytical mindset.
Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and Looker.
Full professional fluency in English (other languages a plus).
Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns.
Stakeholder collaboration and analytical thinking.
Proactivity and learning mindset.
Experience with retail media platforms (Sponsored Products, Display, Video).

Responsibilities

End-to-end management of retail media campaigns across major European retailers (Sponsored Products, Display, Video).
Develop and execute bespoke media plans for retailers such as MediaMarkt, Currys, Argos, Unieuro.
Budget management to hit ROAS and market share targets.
Daily performance monitoring and A/B testing of bids, keywords, and creatives.
Translate data into actionable insights; provide weekly/monthly performance deep-dives and summaries.
Serve as technical contact for local trade marketing teams and external retail media networks/aggregators.
