Max Mara Fashion Group is seeking candidates for its Retail Management Program, a 18-month action-learning track designed for postgraduates passionate about luxury fashion, customer experience, and team leadership.

Participants will undergo immersive field experience across Europe, advancing to a role as Retail Supervisor with responsibility over stores in Italy and international markets, including relocation and mobility.

Qualifications

• Solid postgraduate academic record.
• Fluency in English and Italian (C1); third language (B1+) is a strong plus.
• Willingness to travel/relocate (80%+ of the time across Europe).
• Retail experience and a genuine passion for luxury fashion.

Responsibilities

• Immersive field experience: hands-on store management across Europe.
• Lead a network of stores across Italy and international markets.
• Interact with multicultural teams and international clientele.
• Bridge the gap between stores and Headquarters.

Job Description

The Retail Management Program is an intensive talent track designed for ambitious postgraduates passionate about luxury fashion, customer experience, and team leadership. Through an immersive action-learning journey, you will operate at the core of our business—liaising with multicultural teams, engaging with an international clientele, and bridging the gap between our stores and Headquarters.

The Journey: 18 Months of Action Learning

Immersive Field Experience: hands-on store management all over Europe, combined with targeted HQ touchpoints

1 Clear Ambition: step into the role of Retail Supervisor, leading a network of stores across Italy and international markets

Qualifications

What you bring?

A solid postgraduate academic record

Fluency in English and Italian (C1 level); a third language (B1+) is a strong plus

Willingness to travel/relocate (80%+ of the time all over Europe) with an open, global mindset

Retail experience and a genuine passion for the luxury fashion business
