Max Mara Fashion Group offers an 18-month Retail Management Program with 4 progressive rotations, immersing you in sales, store leadership, and HQ interactions. You will work hands-on in stores across Europe, liaising with diverse teams and an international clientele, while preparing to lead a network of stores in Italy and beyond.

The program emphasizes active learning, global exposure, and dedicated accommodation support during mobility periods, fostering accelerated growth in a luxury retail

Competenze

• A solid postgraduate academic record.
• Fluency in English and Italian (C1 level); a third language (B1+) is a strong plus
• Willingness to travel/relocate (80%+ of the time all over Europe)
• Retail experience and a genuine passion for the luxury fashion business
• Natural leadership presence, team-first mindset, and exceptional customer orientation

The Retail Management Program is an intensive talent track designed for ambitious postgraduates passionate about luxury fashion, customer experience, and team leadership. Through an immersive action-learning journey, you will operate at the core of our business-liaising with multicultural teams, engaging with an international clientele, and bridging the gap between our stores and Headquarters.

4 Progressive Rotations: Sales Assistant - Assistant Store Manager - Store Manager - Retail Supervisor

Immersive Field Experience: hands-on store management all over Europe, combined with targeted HQ touchpoints

1 Clear Ambition: step into the role of Retail Supervisor, leading a network of stores across Italy and international markets
