Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Sales Teammate in Piemonte to deliver the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. You will handle cash register duties, merchandise display, and routine store operations while building a loyal customer base.

No prior experience required. You’ll join a team focused on legendary service, product knowledge, and a positive store culture, with opportunities to grow as you help guests find and love their purchases.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires.
• Anticipate and fulfill Guest’s needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to Guests and Team.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
• Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales and total net sales goals set by Store Management.
• Provide legendary service on the Front 5, sales floor, fitting rooms, and register area.
• Help Guests try on or fit merchandise.
• Check out and bag purchases.
• Prepare merchandise for alterations.
• Know and apply exchange and return procedures.
• Fill out and use the Sales Presentation Guide (SPG) daily to meet goals.
• Maintain Buckle’s customer service expectations to serve every Guest.
