Adidas Italy is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, driving a premium customer experience and upholding adidas standards on the shop floor.

You will lead a high-performing team, oversee stock, visual merchandising, and KPI monitoring, and participate in recruitment and training. The role offers a fixed-term contract with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Minimum 18 months of experience in a retail environment (sports/fashion preferred), including supervisory responsibility or experience as Assistant Store Manager.
• Strong team leadership and coaching skills.
• Solid understanding of retail operations and store processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and drive performance.
• Good knowledge of Visual Merchandising principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• English proficiency (minimum B2 level).

Mansioni

• Oversee daily store operations alongside the Store Manager, including sales, customer service and inventory.
• Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering a premium consumer experience.
• Motivate, coach and develop team members to achieve store targets.
• Drive execution of store processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new hires.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance and profitability.
