Prada Group is seeking a Retail Business Analyst for FP&A based in Milan. You will join the Global FP&A team focusing on the Retail channel, preparing reports that monitor brand performance and support the budgeting/forecast process with regional insights.

Collaborating across divisions, you will deliver dashboards and performance indicators for senior management, contributing to profitability analysis and long-term planning.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 3-5 years' experience in business controlling or FP&A.
• Experience in Fashion/Luxury is a plus.
• Strong MS Office proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with planning tools such as Hyperion and Tagetik is a plus.
• Experience with BI tools like OBIEE and Power BI is a plus.

Mansioni

• Preparing management reports and KPIs with key area analysis.
• Retail daily/weekly reporting for top management; coordinate regional teams.
• Monitor Retail profitability focusing on channels and seasonality.
• Support budgets, reforecasts and 3-year plans with cross-functional teams.
• Assist monthly and quarterly closings with variance analysis.
• Provide insights and dashboards for senior management.
