Max Mara Fashion Group is seeking a Retail Coordinator in Reggio Emilia to organize retail staff activities and drive sales targets. The role involves applying the commercial strategy to Retail Supervisors, supervising KPIs, and coordinating team resources.

You will develop staff capabilities, monitor store performance, and promote digital tools while supporting sustainable practices across the network.

Competenze

• Coordinates all assigned resources (costs/people) in order to guarantee the objectives defined based on company guidelines and standards, planning and organizing the activities of the Retail Supervisors
• Develops the knowledge of the Retail Supervisors assigned through off/on training activities online. The main knowledge to be developed must include, by way of example, products, customers and sales techniques
• Lead the team: motivates and coordinates the resources under his/her direction, in order to achieve the commercial objectives, defining the targets to be achieved, carrying out support and training activities for new hires
• Supports the Retail Manager in implementing the Retail Strategy, with particular attention to Retail supervision activities (analysis, diagnosis, interventions, etc.)
• Monitors and reports structured feedback relating to specific area of the relevant sales points, through the assigned Retail Supervisors
• Promotes the development of Role learning through proactive, team and digital activities, aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of one's Responsibilities
• Promotes, adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within its function in relation to both process management and in relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business
• Adopts significant behaviors and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, understood as an interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment, Business Processes and Organizational Community
