Job summary

EssilorLuxottica Group seeks a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to lead Amazon-focused growth. You will own full-funnel campaigns, optimize paid search, social, and display, and build data-driven measurement frameworks using AMC.

You will partner with retail operations, analyze cross-channel path-to-purchase, and translate complex data for non-technical stakeholders while enjoying Leonardo training, flexible conditions, health coverage, and employee benefits.

Qualifications

2–3+ years hands-on Amazon ad strategy with Sponsored Ads and Amazon DSP.
AMC expertise to uncover retail media insights and build attribution frameworks.
Solid understanding of Amazon Vendor/Seller Central logistics and Buy Box.
Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Paid Social (Meta, TikTok).
Analytical mindset to connect retail data with ad performance for revenue growth.
Clear communication of advertising data to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Retail Media Leadership: strategy and scaling of Amazon campaigns.
Advertising Data Strategy: use AMC to measure cross-channel journeys.
Retail Operations Alignment: align ad spend with inventory health and Buy Box.
Multi-Channel Campaign Management: optimize campaigns across Search, Social, Display.
Advanced Measurement & Analytics: develop attribution and LTV insights.
Data Synthesis & Reporting: guide budgeting with retail and media data.
