RES is seeking a Technical Asset Manager fluent in English and Greek to manage a portfolio of wind, solar and storage assets in Southern Europe from its L'Aquila base. You will liaise between asset owners and internal teams to maximise performance, ensure contractual compliance and deliver excellent client service.

The role requires an engineering background, strong IT and analytical skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Competenze

• Fluent in English and Greek (written and spoken).
• Engineering degree or Master’s in a general Engineering or Renewable Energy field.
• Advanced technical, analytical and IT skills.
• Strong communication skills across all stakeholder levels.
• Ability to manage complexity, make decisions and work autonomously.
• Organised, pragmatic and solution-oriented with strong team spirit.

Mansioni

• Act as the main point of contact between asset owners and internal teams (Technical, Finance, Commercial).
• Monitor contractual obligations for asset management agreements.
• Manage insurance claims and warranties related to construction defects.
• Propose and oversee the operational budget of park owner entities.
• Prepare plant operational reports and deliver to clients on time.
• Support Business Development by identifying commercial opportunities and promoting RES services.
• Apply Asset Management procedures and contribute to continuous improvement and HSEQ culture.
• Conduct site inspections and audits with clients, suppliers, and authorities.
