UKA Group, a leading renewable energy project developer, is expanding into Italy. We seek a Land acquisition specialist in Rome who will secure land rights for solar, wind, and storage projects and coordinate with development and legal teams.

You will scout sites, negotiate lease or purchase agreements, assess land suitability, and manage records and relationships with landowners and local authorities. Travel will be required, and bilingual Italian/English communication is preferred.

Competenze

• Degree in Law, Agricultural Sciences, Architecture, Geography, or related field.
• 5+ years in real estate development, land acquisition, or territorial planning.
• Fluency in Italian (native); working knowledge of English.
• Proven experience in land management and acquisition for renewable energy in Italy.
• Knowledge of GIS, Google Earth, cadastral docs and Italian permitting frameworks.

Mansioni

• Negotiate lease or purchase agreements and other land control documents with management approval.
• Develop strategies for acquiring and leasing parcels for project development.
• Prepare commercial offers in coordination with Legal and Development teams.
• Maintain relationships with landowners and local project stakeholders.
• Maintain records of land control instruments, payments, and deadlines.
• Assess site value and perform due diligence for acquisition eligibility.
• Screen and prioritize sites against Italy's eligible areas.
• Find landowner contacts and assign to plots accurately.
• Obtain and analyze title deeds; verify boundaries against maps and land conditions.
• Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics to support siting decisions.
