UKA Group, a leading renewable energy project developer, is expanding into Italy. We seek a Land Acquisition Specialist in Rome to secure sites for PV, wind, and storage projects.

You will scout sites, negotiate leases or purchases, liaise with landowners, and manage land control documents, due diligence, and permitting. Travel across Italy, report to the MD and collaborate with development and legal teams.

Competenze

• Degree in Law, Agricultural Sciences, Architecture, Geography, or related field.
• More than 5 years of professional experience in real estate development, land acquisition, or territorial planning.
• Fluency in Italian (native) and working knowledge of English.
• Proven experience in land management and acquisition for renewable energy projects in Italy.
• Knowledge of GIS, Google Earth, cadastral documentation and Italian permitting frameworks.

Mansioni

• Negotiate lease or purchase agreements with management approval.
• Develop strategies for acquiring and leasing parcels required for project development.
• Prepare commercial offers and negotiation details with Legal and Development teams.
• Maintain relationships with landowners and local project stakeholders.
• Maintain records of land control instruments, supporting documentation, payments, and deadlines.
• Assess site value and due diligence to confirm eligibility for acquisition.
• Screen and prioritize sites against Italy's designated eligible areas.
• Search for and verify landowner contact information, ensuring correct assignment to plots.
• Obtain and analyze title deeds; review property boundaries for consistency with maps and land conditions.
• Monitor competitor land acquisition activity and market dynamics to support decisions.
