UKA Group in Rome is seeking a Land Acquisition Specialist to secure sites for solar, onshore wind, and storage projects. You will scout parcels, negotiate lease or purchase terms, and coordinate with legal and development teams across Italy.

You will travel to project areas, assess site suitability, and lead negotiations with landowners while reporting to the Managing Director and collaborating with development and legal teams.

Competenze

• Degree in Law, Agricultural Sciences, Architecture, Geography, or related field.
• Fluency in Italian (native); working knowledge of English.
• Proven experience in land management and acquisition for renewable energy projects in Italy.

Mansioni

• Negotiate lease or purchase agreements and other land control documents with management approval
• Develop comprehensive strategies for acquiring and leasing parcels required for project development
• Prepare commercial offers and negotiation details in coordination with Legal and Development teams
• Maintain positive relationships with landowners and local project stakeholders
• Maintain records of all land control instruments, supporting documentation, payments, and agreement deadlines
• Assess site value and conduct due diligence to confirm eligibility for acquisition
• Screen and prioritize sites against Italy's designated eligible areas
• Search for and verify landowner contact information, ensuring correct assignment to corresponding plots
• Obtain and analyze title deeds from property registries and notaries; review property boundaries for consistency with maps and actual land conditions
• Monitor competitor land acquisition activity and market dynamics to support strategic siting decisions
