Job summary

UKA – Der Energieparkentwickler is seeking a land acquisition specialist to identify and secure sites for renewable energy projects in Europe. You will negotiate leases and other land rights and coordinate with development teams to streamline approvals.

Responsibilities include site analysis, stakeholder dialogue, and managing contract processes across the national scope. Travel across the country may be required to support project development and meet regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in land acquisition for renewable energy or real estate.
• Dynamic, organized and responsible person.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Search for new sites for wind farms and agrovoltaic plants.
• Identify and analyze potential sites for renewable plants.
• Negotiate and stipulate land contracts (leases, easements, acquisitions).
• Engage with local institutions and operators.
• Travel nationwide as required.
• Support project development and reporting to the team.
