Zusammenfassung

NatPower Italia is seeking a Legal Specialist to support renewable energy project development in Italy, focusing on real estate contracts, land rights, and powers of attorney. You will coordinate with notaries, land registries and authorities to ensure proper land rights management.

Additionally, you will handle general contract law, corporate matters, NDAs, intra-group contracts and corporate secretarial tasks, with occasional cross-border involvement in MoUs and related activities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or single-cycle Master's degree in Law
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate or contract law
• Knowledge of real rights (surface rights, easements, leases) and their implications
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in contract drafting
• Ability to liaise with notaries, landowners, public authorities and external counterparts
• Proficiency in English (reading and drafting bilingual documents)
• Excellent knowledge of the Office suite

Aufgaben

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating land rights acquisition agreements (purchase agreements, surface rights, easements, leases)
• Preparing and managing powers of attorney (including bilingual IT/EN) for land-related deeds
• Coordinating with notaries, land registry offices and municipal technical offices for due diligence and registration
• Supporting access procedures for landlocked plots and rights of way; coordinating with grid operators and authorities
• Monitoring deadlines, conditions, deposits and obligations of land contracts
• Assisting on TICA and Autorizzazione Unica related to land titles as applicable
• Preparing status reports on ongoing contracts and matters
• Reviewing NDAs/confidentiality agreements for Italian projects
• Supporting intra-group contracts and other commercial agreements
• Providing corporate secretarial support (minutes, resolutions)
• Occasional involvement in MoUs/letters of intent
