GitLab is seeking a Senior Professional Services Engineer to work with customers on installation, migration, training, and advisory services. You will lead engagements from Omnibus installations to large IaC-driven architectures, often migrating customers to GitLab SaaS or self-managed deployments, while ensuring reliable security and day-to-day workflows.

• Experience delivering customer-facing services across GitLab capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and mentor engineers on complex engagements.
• Strong English communication skills for remote async environments.
• Proven ability to work independently and lead technical teams.

Mansioni

• Deliver GitLab Professional Services engagements across installation, migration, training, and advisory services.
• Plan deployments from single-node Omnibus to large reference architectures using IaC and Config as Code.
• Lead migrations to GitLab SaaS or self-managed deployments and drive improvements.
• Partner with Engagement and Project Managers to improve delivery consistency and remove friction.
• Serve as trusted technical advisor and translate goals into actionable plans with clear next steps.
• Interface with product/engineering teams to unblock customer outcomes and provide feedback.
• Mentor Associate and Intermediate PS Engineers to increase autonomy.
• Manage multiple customer engagements, either as primary engineer or lead.
