Ruby Labs is seeking a Senior CRO Manager to own the full optimization process and drive measurable growth. You will lead research, hypothesis, design, testing, and rollout while collaborating with engineers on implementation and maintaining a rigorous focus on performance outcomes.

Competenze

• 3+ years of CRO experience with measurable lifts.
• Strong UI/UX sensibility for high-fidelity mockups.
• Analytical skills with GA, Mixpanel, Growthbook, or similar.
• Attention to detail with bias for action in fast-moving environments.
• Ownership mindset and accountability for performance outcomes.
• Clear, persuasive communication in English (written and spoken).
• Fluent English throughout all communications.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end optimization cycles: research → hypothesis → design → testing → rollout.
• Perform deep funnel analysis and competitive benchmarking to uncover high-impact opportunities.
• Design high-quality UI/UX mockups that clearly communicate your vision and maintain brand integrity.
