Vertiv in Italy is seeking a Quality Analyst to join the Tognana Quality team. You will monitor quality data, generate weekly and monthly performance reports, and support cross-functional stakeholders with actionable insights.

You will ensure data integrity across ERP and BI systems (Oracle, Power BI) and help develop KPIs and management reporting. Fluent English and strong analytical skills are essential, with a proactive, remote-friendly approach.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ work experience in a Quality capacity with experience in analysis, reporting, proposing of action plan.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office automation tools.
• Experience with software and other Reporting Tools as Oracle BI is preferable.
• Oracle ERP knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Analytical and problem-solving attitude.
• Accuracy, detail orientation.
• Good communication skills, team working approach and effective at working remotely.
• Global and cultural awareness.
• Flexibility, adaptability and high energy.

Responsabilités

• Support the Quality Team and, on demand, other company functions on daily, weekly, monthly quality performance review and forecasting of KPIs and cost categories.
• Ensure data integrity in ERP and BI systems (Oracle, Power BI, NCs Management, 8D Reports) through inquiry, investigation and analysis.
• Support in developing Tognana management KPIs through Power BI reporting.
• Manage and issue documentation as output of analysis and actions plans implemented.
