Blue Oak Consulting is seeking a Project Administrator for a fully remote role. You will coordinate the information flow for complex financial audits and economic reviews, closely supporting firm principals.

The position emphasizes disciplined data management, precise documentation, and timely coordination across time zones. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in business/economics/finance, can work autonomously, and excels at Excel and basic project-tracking tools.

Competenze

• Completion of a university degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Strong reasoning to understand how large companies make financial decisions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with basic project tracking/docs tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail in documentation and timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to summarize notes.
• Willingness to learn the firm's methodology for interrogating financial assumptions.
• Disciplined time management for handling multiple administrative tasks.
