Experteer Italy is seeking a product manager to shape the Automate Core platform and drive an outcome-driven roadmap for enterprise-grade, cloud-native services. You will partner with internal engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders to enable scalable, secure, multi-tenant operations.

You will lead as the primary PM for internal teams, balancing immediate needs with long-term platform evolution and delivering core capabilities that support enterprise automation at scale.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of product management experience in complex environments.
• Proven track record delivering core platform components from ideation to launch.
• User-centric mindset for business analysts managing workflows.
• Strategic autonomy and leadership to operate independently.
• Solid experience with distributed systems, multi-tenant SaaS, security/compliance, and deployment models.

Mansioni

• Define the platform vision and roadmap for Automate Core, prioritizing reliability, multi-tenancy, security by design, and cost efficiency.
• Serve as the primary PM for internal engineering teams and platform consumers, guiding evolution with evidence and telemetry.
• Collaborate with Architecture, EM, and DM to establish core standards, reusable components, and durable system design.
• Delivers features that build trust, including safe upgrades and data architectures that support sovereignty and encryption.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across EU/US time zones to align with the CIC strategy.
