Bending Spoons is seeking a talented, driven, collaborative individual to join our expanding HR operations team. You will coordinate administrative workstreams, support acquisitions and reorganizations, and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions while driving employee welfare initiatives.

You will manage job offers, onboarding, and offboarding end-to-end, leveraging automation and AI-enabled tools to create outstanding candidate and employee experiences.

• Coordinate the administrative workstream for new office launches and due diligence on local requirements.
• Steer people-related aspects of acquisitions, reorganizations, legal restructurings, and share option plans.
• Ensure compliance with workplace laws across jurisdictions in collaboration with external consultants.
• Develop and implement employee welfare and benefits initiatives cross-functionally.
• Manage offers, onboarding, and offboarding end-to-end with streamlined workflows via automation and AI tools.
