22DOGS is seeking a Mid-Level Compositor for an immediate freelance remote position with EU eligibility. The role offers on-site relocation options to Tenerife or Milan and a path toward permanent staff positions as the studios grow.

You will integrate live-action plates, CG, and matte paintings into photorealistic composites for commercial and cinematic projects. Ideal candidates are fluent in English with proven compositing experience and strong problem-solving skills to ensure high-quality

Competenze

Proven professional experience operating at a Mid-Level Compositor capacity within VFX, commercial, or episodic production environments.
Immediate availability to start on active projects.
Full professional fluency in English (written and verbal) for cross-studio communication.
EU work eligibility and valid permits required.
Strong understanding of compositing fundamentals including edge integration, rotoscoping, multi-pass grain management, vector warping, and spatial awareness.

Mansioni

Shot Integration: combine live-action, CG, matte paintings, and effects into unified composites.
Technical Problem Solving: troubleshoot multi-pass setups, manage node trees, resolve rendering or tracking artifacts.
Color & Lighting Balance: match levels and color spaces for visual continuity across plates.
Cross-Department Collaboration: work with 3D generalists, lighting artists, and pipeline supervisors on data hand-offs.
Deadline Management: maintain high output quality while meeting production milestones.
