MergerCircle is a remote-first M&A advisory firm delivering cross-border advisory services across Western Europe. The M&A Associate will own client mandates, lead outreach conversations with French-speaking targets, and supervise a small team of analysts and data specialists on core projects.

This role requires professional fluency in French (C1) and business proficiency in English, with occasional travel for team gatherings.

Competenze

• 1 to 3 years of experience in M&A, private equity, transaction services, strategy consulting or audit.
• Fluency in French (C1 minimum) and business proficiency in English.
• Strong client-facing abilities and capacity to lead conversations with founders or CEOs.
• Analytical, rigorous, and proactive with a track record of delivering high-quality work.

Mansioni

• Own the delivery of client mandates end to end, from search criteria to introductions.
• Lead outreach conversations in French and English with target management teams.
• Supervise one or two analysts or data specialists on projects.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose concrete process improvements.
