Hire Feed is seeking an Investment Banking Associate with remote work flexibility. The role demands deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation methods, and deal execution to support strategic advisory services.

You will handle client-facing responsibilities and work with senior bankers on live transactions. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in investment banking, strong Excel skills, and a solid grasp of GAAP.

Competenze

• 5+ years of investment banking experience (M&A, capital markets, or corporate finance).
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques, with strong Excel skills (including macros).
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP.
• Experience with pitch books, client presentations, and deal execution processes.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Mansioni
