Job summary

OSI Europe is seeking a Junior Sales Manager (m/f/d) to drive beef product sales across France, Italy and Greece. The position operates on a Home Office contract with a strong focus on developing client relationships and meeting revenue targets.

You will implement sales strategies, perform contract negotiations, plan customer visits, and collaborate with production sites to optimize margins while expanding Foodservice and industrial customer bases.

Qualifications

• University degree or comparable qualification.
• First experience in a comparable sales role regarded
• Strong commercial mindset focused on customer orientation and profitability.
• Fluent Italian and English; French/Spanish/Portuguese are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell beef products across France, Italy and Greece from European plants and partner suppliers.
• Implement sales strategy and conduct contract negotiations to build long-term relationships.
• Plan structured customer visits within assigned region.
• Grow existing business and increase sales volumes sustainably.
• Support acquisition and development of new key account customers in Europe.
• Manage receivables and handle customer complaints.
• Coordinate margins with production sites and management.
• Maintain customer master data and prepare KPI reports.
