Job summary

Ikonic Saddlery, a European company specializing in premium equestrian equipment, is seeking a dynamic Sales Agent to lead the development of our brands in Italy. This remote role requires frequent travel across Italy and a proven track record in field-based B2B sales.

You will build a network of retailers, secure strategic accounts, and work with the European management team to execute the commercial strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field-based B2B sales.
• Strong knowledge of the equestrian industry and equipment market.
• Native or fluent in Italian.
• Good command of English.
• Highly autonomous, organized, and results-oriented.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
• Ability to strategically develop the territory and build a strong network of professional retailers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen a network of equestrian retailers across Italy.
• Build long-term commercial partnerships with key industry players.
• Introduce and develop Ikonic’s portfolio of premium equestrian brands in the Italian market.
• Identify and acquire new strategic retail accounts.
• Drive sustainable sales growth across the territory.
• Represent the brands at professional events and trade shows.
• Work closely with the European management team to implement the commercial strategy.
