Cross Border Talents is hiring a Customer Service Advisor (Italian speaker) to work remotely from Greece with relocation support. You will handle queries in Italian via phone, chat or email, provide accurate information, and log cases in CRM while collaborating with the team to maintain high service quality.

Relocation includes flights and housing support; full-time contract with base salary plus performance bonus, paid training, healthcare, and online Greek courses.

Competenze

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to relocate to Greece.
• Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.
• EU passport or Greek residency card.
