Welo Global is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to support an AI data annotation project. You will review Trainers' submissions, verify the accuracy of golden answers against images, and flag inconsistencies to maintain data quality.

Ideal candidates are native or strong Italian speakers with a Bachelor's degree, excellent attention to detail, good reading and written English for feedback, and reliable internet access.

Mansioni

• Review Trainer submissions, including questions, images, and golden answers.
• Independently verify the correctness of golden answers against the images.
• Identify and flag incorrect, incomplete, or ambiguous responses.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve data quality.
• Track recurring error patterns and report them to the project team.
• Escalate unclear cases to the project team for resolution.
• Ensure Trainer output meets the quality bar before final sign-off.
