Job summary

Welo Data is seeking detail-oriented Trainers to support an AI data annotation project. You will review pre-seeded questions paired with images and provide accurate “golden” answers based on what you observe in the image.

This freelance, remote role offers 10 hours per week, at $39.60 per hour, with a long-term opportunity. Strong Italian and English, a bachelor’s degree, and meticulous follow-through are required; prior data annotation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Native/strong proficiency in Italian.
• Fluent English reading/writing.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow written instructions precisely and consistently.
• Prior experience with data annotation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review a pre-seeded question with an accompanying image to determine the correct answer.
• Provide clear, accurate “golden” answers based solely on visual information.
• Flag images that are unclear or insufficient to answer.
• Maintain consistency and quality across batches of tasks.
• Follow project-specific guidelines and rubrics.
