Trident is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to drive outbound outreach, qualify leads, and present tailored solutions to prospective clients in Italy. You will maintain CRM records and collaborate with marketing to refine sales strategies.

Competenze

• Experience in sales, telemarketing, or BPO preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Mansioni

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to prospective clients.
• Qualify leads to understand their business needs and determine fit.
• Provide product/service presentations tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop sales strategies.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
