Affaba & Ferrari S.r.l. is seeking a Global Product Manager to drive TriMas Packaging's product strategy on a global scale. You will develop and execute plans to meet market needs, drive innovation, and maximize profitability while coordinating across R&D, manufacturing, sales, and PMO.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in product management in packaging or related B2B sectors.
• Strong analytical, market data interpretation and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with market trends and company objectives.
• Lead product lifecycle management from concept to end-of-life with clear roadmaps.
• Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, sales, PMO and GMs to ensure successful launches.
