ShareTheMeal, the World Food Programme's fundraising initiative, is seeking a Fundraising Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights. You will build dashboards, perform analyses, and partner with cross‑functional teams to optimize donor engagement and income modelling.
The role emphasizes data governance, AI-driven automation, and ongoing learning to support private fundraising strategies on a remote basis.
Qualifications
- University degree in a relevant field such as physics, math, economics, data analytics, information management, business studies or statistics.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or fundraising with strong analytical mindset.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, user journeys, acquisition channels and KPIs.
- Foundational skills in data visualization tools like Tableau.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain reporting dashboards in Tableau Server.
- Support and deliver internal analysis projects with stakeholders.
- Project manage requests from the Individual Giving team across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with tech teams to expand datasets in the BI warehouse.
- Provide technical and analytical support to fundraising products.
- Incorporate AI to automate routine tasks and derive deep insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends and bring external insights to the team.
- Assist with data governance and quality.
