This remote role values hands-on local knowledge and independence. The engagement is fully remote, flexible, and compensation is hourly.

Qualificações

• Active owner/operator of a business in food/beverage, hospitality, local services, or retail.
• Verified Google Business Profile ownership or active management is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of day-to-day business activities, customer engagement, local search visibility, and digital storefront management.
• Analytical and communication abilities to identify inaccuracies and provide clear feedback.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with reliable equipment and internet.

Responsabilidades

• Test digital merchant tools and AI-powered recommendations designed to support local business management and customer engagement.
• Audit AI-generated business descriptions, local search results, and mapping integrations for accuracy against operations.
• Provide structured, actionable observations about usability, relevance, and value of digital tools for local businesses.
• Identify inaccuracies and anomalies where AI misrepresents categories, services, hours, or market characteristics.
• Evaluate user experience from a merchant perspective, highlighting usability issues and friction points.
• Deliver independent assessments and evidence-based feedback per project guidelines.
