Job summary

Jobgether SRL, partnering with a fast-growing B2B SaaS, seeks a Marketing Designer (Fractional, 2-3 days/week) based in Italy. You will own visual identity, design systems, landing pages in Webflow, and impactful marketing assets, collaborating directly with the founding team in a fully remote setup.

You have 4+ years in B2B SaaS design, expert in Figma, Webflow, PowerPoint, and Google Slides, and a strong eye for typography and layout.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional design experience in B2B SaaS or with SaaS clients.
• Portfolio demonstrates cohesive brand identity across websites, sales materials and advertising.
• Proficient in Figma and Webflow; launched live websites, not just concepts.
• Fluent in PowerPoint and Google Slides with reusable templates.
• Strong typography, composition and visual hierarchy; meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the design system; audit materials and document standards in Figma.
• Design and develop landing pages and sections in Webflow, from concept to live.
• Build scalable sales presentations with templates for the sales team.
• Produce advertising and social creatives across LinkedIn, paid social and display.
• Create product mockups, visuals and lightweight motion assets (GIFs/animations).
• Publish and hand off assets, including Webflow CMS updates and email templates.
• Translate briefs into visual concepts; own creative direction and execution.
• Collaborate with the founding team to shape the visual identity; refine or pivot as needed.
• Work autonomously in a fast-moving, remote environment with clear priorities.
• Help establish visual foundations for the growing brand and category.
