Fler is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support and elevate branding across packaging, digital, and retail touchpoints. You will assist in visual content creation for emails, social media, ecommerce, and trade marketing, while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

You will contribute ideas for campaigns, support print artwork, and gain exposure to brand strategy. This role offers remote work with quarterly Milan office meetups and an early-stage, ambitious team.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Art, or related fields.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and typography with keen eye for details.
• Strong visual sense and passion for branding and packaging.
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication in Italian and English.

Fler is on a full-time mission to reshape the way consumer goods are perceived with the customer and the experience in focus. We are an innovative and fast-growing startup that wants to innovate the shaving and body-care industry and that loves to break today's standards.

We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer that will be responsible to support, maintain and shine our branding! You will support the ideation and execution of the brand voice, look, and feel at various touch points to ensure consistency and continuity. You will be overseeing graphic design related to packaging, digital and retail channels, internal communication and corporate identity, ensuring that the visual strategy is aligned across the whole brand.

Important information:

• Remote + quarterly in-person meetings at our offices Milan. If based in Milan, in-office presence twice a week

Tasks

• Support the team in creating visual content and assets for Fler's channels, including email, social media, ecommerce, and trade marketing materials
• Assist with designing marketing materials such as banners, presentations, social media graphics
• Help ensure Fler's visual brand guidelines are followed across digital materials
• Support artwork preparation for print and packaging
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and assist with concept development
• Help with creative research, benchmarking, and gathering market inspiration

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Art, or other related fields
• Passionate about design craft and sweating the small details
• Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified time frames
• A hands-on self-starter who is comfortable with fast turnarounds and tight timelines
• Clear and effective communication skills - you mean what you say and say what you mean
• An advocate and ambassador for Fler’s core values
• Experience with Adobe’s Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Keynote
• Basic motion graphic experience is a plus!
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Italian & English
