Easyship is seeking a data‑driven analyst to become the founder's second brain, turning every data point into strategic insight. You will frame questions, build models, and translate messy data into sharp, commercial recommendations.

This is not a reporting role, but a thinking‑partner position with strong SQL, AI tooling, and business acumen. You will work remotely, collaborating closely with the founders to influence where the company goes next and to define the metrics that drive

Competenze

• 3 years in a quantitative or analytical role, ideally supporting a founder/CEO.
• Strong SQL skills with complex joins/wologie, able to wrangle real-world data into trustworthy outputs.
• Hands-on with AI tooling (LLMs, ML/AI experimentation) for analysis and prototyping.
• Commercially savvy with ability to connect numbers to revenue and growth.
• Ability to think from first principles and operate in ambiguity; structured problem solving.

Mansioni

• Stress-test ideas and provide data-backed recommendations to the founder.
• Build a connected view of how functions (revenue, product, ops, marketing, finance) fit together.
• Write clean SQL to pull and interrogate data across systems.
• Prototype models and patterns using modern AI tooling.
• Turn analysis into concise, actionable narratives for decision-makers.
• Own ad-hoc deep dives on short notice and model scenarios for board discussions.
• Define success metrics for each team and monitor business performance with Data.
