Cytiva is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, qualify, maintain and repair instruments for life sciences customers across Italy. You will work remotely but plan and execute service activities at client sites with a focus on quality and customer success.

With 2+ years in a similar role, you will travel up to 70% of the time, using your mechanical and electrical skills to troubleshoot and drive revenue through service opportunities.

Competenze

• Education: Majored in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer, Electronic or Automation or equivalent field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Technical skills: Very good mechanical and electrical skills, experience troubleshooting.
• English is required.
• Ability to travel: 70 % travel and overnight stay within territory.

Mansioni

• Represent the company to our clients.
• Plan and execute service activities at the customers site.
• Manage own stock and work orders.
• Participate in sales opportunities and assist with promoting and implementing revenue programs.
