Boston Scientific is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist for Interventional Oncology to cover Center-Northern Italy. The role focuses on clinical education, device support during procedures, and trial activities across Lombardy, with a remote working schedule.

The ideal candidate will be Italian-speaking with strong English, capable of traveling within the region. Defined-term contract of 12 months, base salary €28,592–€37,527, with comprehensive benefits and an international working

Competenze

• Native or proficient in Italian and good English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Collaborative mindset and teamwork orientation.
• Willingness to move around a defined geographic area for work.
• Based in Lombardia, preferably Milan or nearby.
• Degree in Biomedical Engineering or similar field preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in similar roles is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide clinical support and troubleshooting for devices and follow-up activities.
• Educate customers on clinical use and benefits of Boston Scientific products.
• Attend implants and procedures in hospital labs and ORs to ensure success.
• Partner with sales to engage physicians and hospital stakeholders.
• Support hospital meetings and deliver scientific presentations.
• Build relationships with hospital staff through ongoing engagement and conferences.
• Respond to customer inquiries with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Assist with clinical trial activities within the territory, including site authorization.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs to raise visibility of clinical evidence locally.
• Train site personnel on study protocols, products, and procedures.
• Support continuous education on therapies and indications under investigation.
