Job summary
Jobgether is seeking an experienced Estate Planning & Probate Paralegal to support a U.S. legal team in a fully remote role. You will prepare essential documents, coordinate case administration, and ensure timely handling of client matters while collaborating with attorneys, clients, beneficiaries, and financial institutions.
Ideal candidates have deep knowledge of U.S. estate law, strong drafting skills, and excellent English communication. The position requires availability during U.S.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years as paralegal, lawyer, or attorney.
- At least two years in a U.S. estate planning/probate law firm.
- Experience drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and probate pleadings.
- Experience with U.S. attorneys and clients.
- Proficient with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini).
Responsibilities
- Prepare, draft, and organize estate planning documents (wills, trusts, POAs, directives).
- Draft probate petitions, pleadings, notices, inventories, accounts, court filings.
- Assist attorneys with probate and trust administration.
- Gather information on assets, liabilities, beneficiaries, heirs, distributions.
- Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, financial institutions for updates.
