Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking an Epidemiology Medical Writing + Research Manager (EMEA or LATAM – Remote Based) to execute RWE studies and lead medical writing tasks. The role involves developing protocols, drafting reports, and contributing to publications for global healthcare stakeholders.

The position requires 3–5 years in the industry, a Master’s in a health-related field, and fluent written English. Travel of about 10–15% is expected; remote work across regions is supported.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of related industry experience.
• Master’s degree in epidemiology, economics, public health, or related field.
• At least two years’ experience writing protocols, study reports for RWE/RWLP.
• Ability to develop understanding of retrospective and prospective research methods and HEOR.
• Fluent in written English; regional language fluency preferred.
• Travel approx. 10–15%.

Mansioni

• Execute a variety of claims database analyses and multi-site observational studies; produce high-quality RWE research.
• Lead or contribute to PRO studies and systematic literature reviews; ensure scientific rigor.
• Draft study reports and external publications under supervision.
• Develop materials for congress presentations and manuscripts.
• Act as primary sponsor contact for assigned projects.
• Participate in business development activities.
