Syneos Health, a leading life sciences services organization, is seeking a Senior CRA (home based) for Romania. You will monitor clinical studies, perform site visits (on-site or remote), ensure GCP compliance, manage documentation, and support site staff to drive data integrity.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree or RN, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to travel up to 75%. You will collaborate with global teams to ensure trial success and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Basic level of critical thinking skills expected.

Responsabilités

• Performs site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close-out visits (performed on-site or remotely) ensuring regulatory, ICH-GCP and/or Good Pharmacoepidemiology Practice (GPP) and protocol compliance.
• Verifies the process of obtaining informed consent and protects confidentiality.
• Maintains site processes, conducts source document review, verifies data accuracy in CRFs and supports query resolution remotely or on-site.
• May perform IP inventory, reconciliation and ensure proper labeling/dispensing per protocol.
• Ensures ISF is accurate and reconciled with TMF; trains and mentors junior staff as needed.
• Manages project scope/budgets/timelines for clinical team activities and adapts to changing priorities.
• May act as primary liaison with project site personnel and ensure training/compliance.
• Prepares for Investigator Meetings and sponsor meetings; may lead meetings and provide audit readiness guidance.
• May mentor junior CRAs and participate in training/sign-off visits.
