Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking a Medical Content Development Manager/Team Lead to lead medical information content development for client engagements across pharma and life sciences. The role focuses on scientifically balanced, non-promotional material and oversight of SRDs, FAQs, and multifunctional documents.

The position requires a MD/PhD or MSc with at least 2 years in medical information or medical writing, strong communication and project management, and the ability to drive content through MLR

Qualifications

• Doctorate or MSc in Life Sciences or healthcare.
• At least 2 years in pharma or Medical Information/ Medical Writing.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a matrix team and meet timelines.
• Proficient with PubMed, EndNote, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop medical content for SRDs, FAQs, CRDs and slides.
• Lead client engagements for medical information content.
• Coordinate document development through MLR reviews.
• Collaborate with teams and ensure compliant, evidence-based materials.
• Support SOPs, checklists and templates.
