Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist for Electrophysiology covering Rome and neighboring regions. The role is remote-in-country with residence in Rome required and about 80% travel to hospitals to support Farapulse and Opal systems.

You will train physicians and staff, demonstrate product use, and collaborate with sales and development teams to drive clinical outcomes and customer satisfaction worldwide.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant clinical field experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences or similar field.
• Strong communication of complex clinical details in Italian and English.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical product and technical assistance during procedures.
• Educate customers and colleagues on Farapulse and Opal systems through demonstrations.
• Attend hospital case labs for case support and product development feedback.
• Deliver ongoing training to development and sales teams on products and features.
• Travel to identify clinical needs and discuss how products meet goals.
• Develop relationships with hospital staff to broaden contacts and decision makers.
• Respond to customer needs with feasible solutions involving cross-functional teams.
